As many of you know, Sue took over Cashtrak in March, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the practice. Over the past few months, our focus has been on ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for both our clients and our team – and we’re pleased to say that everything is now in place.
While there is new ownership, what remains unchanged is the heart of what we do. Cashtrak will continue to operate with the same award-winning, customer-focused approach that our clients know and trust. Our commitment to delivering a friendly, reliable, and professional service is as strong as ever, and the “Cashtrak way” of working remains at the centre of everything we do.
Sue brings with her a wealth of experience within the industry. As the owner of Abacus Antics, she has successfully built and managed a well-respected practice, giving her extensive hands-on knowledge of bookkeeping and supporting clients across a wide range of sectors. Her experience in running a successful business means she truly understands the challenges our clients face day to day.
Now leading two practices, Sue is excited about the opportunity to bring together the strengths, knowledge, and best practices from both businesses. This puts us in an even stronger position to support our clients, with enhanced expertise, increased resilience, and a broader base of experience to draw from.
Outside of the business, Sue is also an accomplished musician. She performs as part of an orchestra and shares her passion for music by teaching in her spare time. This dedication, discipline, and creativity are qualities she brings into her professional life, helping to shape her thoughtful and people-focused approach to running both practices.
For our clients, this means continued high standards, combined with new opportunities for improvement and growth behind the scenes. We are reviewing and strengthening our processes, embracing efficiencies where they add value, and ensuring we stay up to date with the latest tools and ways of working – all while maintaining the personal, client-first approach we are known for.
