Established locally. Moving forward with fresh ideas.
Cashtrak was established in 2006 by Carol Webb, built on three simple principles that remain at the heart of the business today: client focus, integrity and clarity.
For over 20 years, we have been providing professional bookkeeping, payroll and tax services to businesses and individuals across High Wycombe, Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire and throughout the UK. Our reputation has been built on delivering accurate, reliable support with a friendly and approachable service.
A New Chapter for Cashtrak
In March 2026, Cashtrak entered an exciting new chapter when Sue became the owner of the business and Carol retired.
While ownership has changed, our commitment to friendly, reliable and client-focused bookkeeping remains exactly the same. The team continue to provide the personal service and expertise our clients have come to expect from Cashtrak.
From the beginning, Cashtrak has recognised that bookkeeping shouldn’t feel rigid or complicated, particularly for small business owners. We believe in working with our clients to find a practical way of managing their bookkeeping that works for everyone.
We have tried and tested processes that help us work efficiently and consistently, while still recognising that every business is different. By combining these processes with friendly, approachable support, we aim to make bookkeeping easier for our clients and give them a clearer understanding of their numbers.
For us, good bookkeeping isn’t simply about keeping records up to date. It’s about giving you confidence in your figures, helping you understand where your business stands and providing the information you need to make informed decisions.
Our experienced team works together to provide a reliable, efficient and personal service, building strong relationships with our clients and making sure they feel supported along the way.
Cashtrak may have entered a new chapter, but our focus remains the same: helping our clients succeed through clear numbers, trusted support and exceptional service.
Meet Sue
Sue Raison FICB PM.Dip, Managing Director
Sue has always loved numbers – but, more importantly, she loves understanding the story behind them.
A natural problem solver, Sue began her career in the transport industry, where she spent many years working with financial controllers and management teams to improve processes, solve problems and increase profitability. That experience gave her a lasting interest in how good financial information can help businesses make better decisions.
Her eye for detail and love of a healthy profit line eventually led her to study with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB). Sue is now a Fellow of the ICB, having achieved the Institute’s highest level of professional membership.
Before taking the helm at Cashtrak, Sue built and ran her own successful bookkeeping practice for 15 years, working closely with small businesses and sole traders and building a team of experienced bookkeepers and payroll professionals.
Today, Sue brings that experience to Cashtrak. She particularly enjoys getting beneath the numbers, spotting where things could work better and helping clients understand what their figures really mean.
For Sue, bookkeeping isn't just about recording what has already happened. It's about giving business owners clear, reliable information and helping them put the right financial processes in place so they can run stronger, more profitable businesses with confidence.
Stacey Woodford AICB
Operations Manager
Joined Cashtrak: September 2018
Brief career history: worked at Sainsbury’s as a student, a brief stint in sales then in technical roles - firstly in the logistics industry then EPOS. After having children moved in to facilities management in a number of managerial positions, leading helpdesk teams and driving operational improvements. She subsequently joined Cashtrak, where her strong operational background and people-focused approach led to her becoming Operations Manager.
Lorraine Gransden, MICB PM.Dip
Bookkeeper
Joined Cashtrak: April 2022
Brief career history: Lorraine previously worked as a Programme Manager in IT software testing, managing complex projects across Europe for clients in the retail, logistics, manufacturing, life sciences, and Ministry of Defence sectors. The role provided exciting opportunities and invaluable experience, but also involved extensive travel and time away from home.
After having children, Lorraine decided it was time to pursue a career that offered a better work-life balance while still allowing her to utilise the analytical and organisational skills she enjoyed most. With a natural affinity for numbers and problem-solving, she retrained as an ICB-certified bookkeeper, allowing her to swap international travel for spreadsheets and financial records, something she happily admits she still enjoys!
Awards: Institute of Certified Bookkeepers Payroll Professional of the year 2024, Institute of Certified Bookkeepers Employed Bookkeeper of the year 2023.
Anneliese Hone AICB PM. Dip
Bookkeeper
Joined Cashtrak: January, 2025
Brief career history: With over two decades of experience in the dry lining industry, Anneliese has built a strong career based on organisation, attention to detail, and excellent client service. She spent four years in sales before moving into a buying role for a construction company, where she worked for almost 20 years managing supplier relationships, procurement, and project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to develop a long-standing interest in finance and administration, Anneliese recently transitioned into the world of bookkeeping. She joined the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) in 2024 and quickly demonstrated her commitment and determination by successfully passing three rigorous professional exams within just one year, achieving qualifications in both bookkeeping and payroll.
Alex Raison AICB
Bookkeeper
Joined May 2026
Brief career history: Alex started her bookkeeping career at just 19 alongside Sue, during Covid, working from her university bedroom and gaining her AICB qualification in her first year.
Since graduating, she has continued to study towards further professional qualifications while gaining plenty of hands-on experience working with clients – and, despite the obvious risks, she still enjoys working for her mum!
Along the way, Alex has inevitably worked in several pubs – great experience for developing her people skills and learning how to deal with just about anyone!
