SALES AND OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Brewery - Wendover (HP226PR), moving to Waddesdon (HP18 0JH)

Role: Full time starting 1 February 2022 (or as soon as available)

Salary: Competitive salary

The role:

REAL Kombucha are looking for a Sales and Operations Administrator to join the business. This exciting role will be responsible for supporting the sales and operations team to help with the smooth operation and growth of the business. The role will specifically involve:

1. Responsibility for receiving and processing customer sales orders
2. Raising invoices through the company finance system
3. Working with 3rd party logistics to organise delivery of orders and issue handling
4. Support the sales team with ecommerce and Amazon sales through effective stock
management and reporting
5. Customer support for Ecommerce and Amazon customers,
6. Manage effective supply chain management with customer depots and demand
planners to ensure product gets to customers on time
7. Management of customer accounts to ensure efficient payment of invoices
8. Updating customer sales data and forecasts to support production forecasting
9. Manage samples being sent out to customers
10. Update customer details on the company CRM system
11. Stock management between our warehouse and logistics partners - including stock
takes and reconciliation
12. Booking in 3rd party bottling runs
13. Liaising with brewery suppliers, purchasing and receiving goods
14. In-house training co-ordination and reporting
15. Office facilities management, including ensuring a well organised and clean office space
16. Assistance with warehouse work if required
17. Administration of standard operating procedures
18. Ad-hoc projects as required
19. Covering for Sales or Operations when colleagues are on leave
20. Working in the office is required


The candidate:

● Experience working in an office doing a customer service or a sales administrative role
● Experience of working on Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel / Xero etc.
● Detailed focused candidate who enjoys solving problems
● Preferably live local to the future brewery (Aylesbury / Waddesdon area)
● Ability to be agile and lend their hand to a task, even if it is outside of their role / job title
● Positive, get up and go attitude
● Someone who can work as part of a team, while also being a self starter
● Highly organised & self-motivated
● Willing to learn and grow in aspects that will help the organisation improve
● All candidates will require positive references
