About Us
Cashtrak is a well-established bookkeeping practice based in Stokenchurch, Bucks. We have a team of 7, mainly bookkeepers. We have over 100 clients and provide bookkeeping, payroll and tax return services to a range of different industries.
As we continue to expand, we're seeking new talent to join our friendly team. We are wanting to have the right person to join our dynamic bookkeeping practice, rather than fit a specific role. We would preferably seek someone from within the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers family, this may be studying or newly qualified bookkeeper wanting to gain valuable experience before starting their own practice, we are also considering a more administrative role to assist with day to day email management, work allocation, spreadsheet and other Microsoft Office tasks. There will be opportunities to train as an ICB bookkeeper too.
We have won a number of awards and have just been shortlisted for 3 Institute of Certified Bookkeepers LUCA awards.
Role Overview
You will play a crucial role in supporting us and our growing client base. This position offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of a thriving bookkeeping practice and mould the role to their strengths. It will be supporting our bookkeeping team as well as the Head of Operations with tasks associated with running a small business.
We would prefer someone able to work full time but will consider part time.
Qualifications
ICB qualification/ working towards qualification or willing to become ICB qualified to at least level 3 in bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have Institute of Certified Bookkeepers qualification(s) or be prepared to transfer your qualifications to the ICB through their conversion pathway (see more https://www.bookkeepers.org.uk/Membership/Exemption-Route.)
Experience in bookkeeping would be beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Experience in bookkeeping would be beneficial.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) would be beneficial.
