New Starter/ Employee Changes Form

Complete the new starter form by clicking on the button, contact us if you need a printable version. 

This form enables Cashtrak to gather relevant information required to process staff pay and ensure that payslips are distributed correctly and securely through the Brightpay Portal. Please fill out the form as thoroughly as possible to ensure that Cashtrak are able to process payslips efficiently and correctly. PLEASE ADVISE CASHTRAK WHEN THERE ARE ANY CHANGES / AMENDMENTS TO YOUR STATUS.

Income Tax Self-Assessment (ITSA) Tax Returns

Use this online form to complete questions we need to know to be able to process your tax return. There are a lot of questions however please note that this is HMRC telling us what they need to know. We have tried to explain what we need as easily as we can but please contact us if you need help or the form in a printable format.

The time you need to allow depends on how you pay.

  • through your online bank account
  • online or telephone banking 
  • CHAP
  • by debit or corporate credit card online
  • at your bank or building society (you need a paying-in slip from HMRC to pay at a bank or building society)

  • Direct Debit (only if you’ve set one up with HMRC before)
  • by cheque through the post

5 working days

  • Direct Debit (if you have not set one up with HMRC before)

If the deadline falls on a weekend or bank holiday, make sure your payment reaches HMRC on the last working day before
